Cornish Premier Pasties have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our successful growing company. We are looking for someone who would like to develop their career with Cornish Premier Pasties. The successful applicant will have the desire to develop their leadership skills and support the Company to develop lean manufacturing systems.

What you will do:

·      Take responsibility for the day to day running of the pasty production line ensuring the Health & Safety of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements in all areas.
·      Coach, develop and lead staff.
·      Manage and monitor the performance KPI's and targets ensuring that all colleagues are striving to achieve the same goal
·      Manage labour and materials through daily/hourly measurement:
·      Continuously identify ways to reduce costs & improve standards & efficiency in all areas.
·      Drive standards in all areas.
·      Lead by example and drive high standards.
·      Implement cost control programs.
·      Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
·      Analyse production and product quality to detect and correct areas of concern.
