Happy Easter everybody! We hope you've all been enjoying yourselves this Bank Holiday weekend. As Easter Sunday also falls on April 1st, this means it's time for a new Pasty of the Month! This month we're featuring our Lamb & Mint Pasty! It's time to welcome Spring and what better Pasty than this. Lambs.. Spring Lambs.. You get the idea!
'Tender pieces of lamb that have been marinated in a sweet mint glaze, coupled with a vegetable medley of potato, swede and onion. This filling is then married together with just the slightest hint of rosemary & black pepper. And of course, a few other little secret ingredients to tempt your tastebuds!
